This is electric racing car from Japan. The car is called the Solar Wing. Why is electric racing car? Because the car isn't need gasoline or kind of them, but the car need solar energy. So, before race begin, the car must be on sunny for a moments. If the battery is full car ready to drive racing.... ^_^
